All full-time members of staff have a great love of animals and an affinity for their well-being, holding qualifications in International Cat Care (ICC).​

 

Vaccinations and health

Our guest health is paramount. All guests must have current vaccination certificates for Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. Certificates will be requested on arrival, we regret we cannot accept guests without these vaccinations. All male cats must be neutered. Please also ensure flea and worming treatments are up to date.

Days charged

Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for regardless of late drop off or early pick up.

Booking

Please pay when you collect after your cats holiday; we accept cards, bank transfers and PayPal.

Opening hours

All drop off and pick ups are strictly by appointment only.  When we agree a time please ensure you arrive on time so not to cross over with anyone else's time slot.  Weekday pick ups must be before 5pm.  Saturday/Sunday and Bank Holiday hours 8.30am-9.30am and 11.30am-12.30pm only.

Veterinary Fees

In the event of your cat becoming ill your Vet or a Vet selected by us will be called in where necessary.  If treatment or surgery is recommended every effort will be made to contact you. However, in case contact cannot be made, you agree to accept the decision of your Vet or a Vet selected by us.
